With her length of 47 metres, the three-masted top sail schooner Swaensborgh is still as impressive and graceful as in the year 1907 when she was launched amidst loud cheers in the small German port of Moorege. From the moment her proud captain christened the vessel Anna, she has always had a safe voyage, even during the two world wars. Until far into the 1980s, the schooner with her freight was an honoured guest in numerous Baltic and North Sea ports. Anyone who takes a voyage on the Swaensborgh today can expect to take away splendid memories of this schooner, whose accommodations are perfect for incentives or events and relation marketing. The Swaensborgh is hired on the basis of excellent full service. She has a comfortable deckhouse with a roomy bar and, below, a large representative salon and sleeping cabins. She can carry as much as 535 square metres of sail: a challenge for true sailors. The seaworthy Swaensborgh takes her guests through Dutch waters or, equipped with state-of-the-art navigation equipment, sets sail for the Baltic Sea.
